Privacy notice.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, has no forms, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The only processing is what delivering a page technically requires, plus whatever you choose to send us by email.
Who is responsible

What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s storage.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and loads nothing from third parties — fonts, scripts and images are served from oria.agency itself. A Content Security Policy (
default-src 'none', everything else'self') makes your browser enforce that. - It has no forms, accounts or log-ins.
Serving the pages
The site is delivered by Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3). To deliver a page, AWS necessarily processes your IP address and request headers for the duration of the request, as any web host does; that is personal data. The purpose is to deliver the page you asked for and to keep the service reliable and secure, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We have not enabled access logging for this site, so we keep no record of who visited. The origin is hosted in the AWS London region; CloudFront serves each page from the edge location nearest you, so a request may be handled outside the EEA. AWS and Google act as our processors under their standard GDPR data-processing terms, relying on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EEA.
If you email us
If you write to contact@oria.agency, we receive your address and whatever you send, and keep it for as long as the conversation and any legal obligation require. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or erasure of personal data we hold about you, for restriction of or objection to its processing, and for a copy in a portable form. Email contact@oria.agency. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

This notice covers this website only: the landing page, the company page, the terms of use and this notice. Services that ORIA operates are separate and publish their own privacy notices.
